I have a 2012 GT C&L intake, axle back, BBK X-pipe. Today I changed to a Steeda Cat Delete CEL started flashing but no DTC. Called AM and tried multiple tunes. During one of my test runs I pulled a DTC P0305 once but no other times. Due to the CEL and the Cat delete being way to loud I switched back to the stock cats. I still have the flashing CEL but no DTC. Pulled the neg battery term and pulled cylinder 5 plug and coil and checked with cylinder 6 plugs. They looked the same. I am going to call the dealer on Monday but does anyone have any ideas.

blk12gt thanks for not having any useful input. I understand that a flashing CEL is an indicator of a serious problem and it doesn’t necessarily mean that I will have to replace my motor. I am looking for anyone who has had a similar problem, what was the cause and what was the solution.

Blk12gt see how much easier it was to contribute something meaningful. If you need more info you could have asked. Also I don’t see how I was being rude. You didn’t offer up any advice.

Click my name and look at my threads. I had the same problem in a 13. Took it to the dealer for a sensor range relearn. It happened a lot when crusing above 4k or downshifting.

Brought to you by tapatalk; 70k fuck yeah.

Seems to be an on going issue. I have had my CEL flash on my '14 since it had 1400miles on it. Took to the dealer for that and an evap leak. They never found an issue with p0305 code and cleared it but did fix the evap leak.

I had the p0305 come back a couple times and felt the misfire a couple times since n have narrowed it down to not letting the car warm up. If I hope in and go it misfires for split seconds here n there. If I let the car idle for 10minutes before driving nothing happens. I have let it warm up everytime for the last month or so and no misfires and no CELs.

Let me know what you come up with. Would be interested to see what the outcome is.
