Interesting to hear. Is there any FRPP gears in the middle of 3.73 and 4.10's? Like a 3.90's or something?

Glad you you like it and thanks for sharing.

Edit: just looked. Looks like motive makes some 3.90's.

Yukon makes 3.90 gears for the 8.8 rear. No idea how those go but I think Yukon is used by off-roader's. Yukon makes gears from 3.08 to 6.14 for the 8.8 rear.

Sounds good to me. I'm still split between 3.73 or higher, only cause I have to DD my Mustang and I can imagine @ 60 would probably be 2600 with the 4.10's

I have had 4.10's for 2 yrs in my DD, however I have purchased an extra set of 17" rims and mounted 275/40/17 DR's on them and bought some damn I cant remember if they are 275/55 or 295/55 and put on the street rims, anyway made it where I run 70 at 2650 rpm.....just some food for thought

Same here but 275/55/17s or 295/45/18s. 4.10s on a 28" tire are more like 3.90s.

Legend Lives, glad to here that you are enjoying the 3.73's. They are a great all around gear! Perfect for carving corners, with a mix of street use. And they are not too bad on the 1320 either.

I personally decided to go with a 4.10, because my 05 came with 3.55's stock. Big difference on the higway for sure with the 4.10's. I now tach 3k @ 80 mph on 285/35/18's (which are shorter than stock). With the shorter tire, I am assuming it makes my gear closer to a 4.30 than 4.10. But hey, I dont fear the gear. Except when I fill up! LOL.
