How long have you had these? Isn't that the older gusset design? I'm interested because I have "the noise" coming from my ball joint (presumably) on the driver's side. I run several autoX events and three or so HPDE's a year, and I'm hesitant to jump on these due to the gusset failures that are more prevalent on road course cars, and I'm too competitive to stay off the curbs on track.

Also, what benefit does the adjustable arm have over the fixed arm?

PM me if you wish, and we'll see if we can come to an agreement.

I bought these in January 2012.

I do not know what the BMR "old vs. new" design differences are, so I cannot comment on the design of the "gusset".

I bought these to tuck my Wifes HRE 947R wheels in 9/16th each so that I could slam the front end better. but I never got around to buying the air-lift system...

From BMR...
The A-arms are engineered to give you improved geometry and increased lateral grip during cornering situations. The combination of rod ends and Delrin bushings gives you improved steering feel and responsiveness for any for of driving.

Might want to give BMR a call!
