Price lowered. Also, will not separate the two parts. The TB has already been drilled out to fit the adapter so it will be useless without it, i.e. I wouldn't be able to sell it easily.

why wont it work with the vortech kit?

If you have the intercooled version, you should be okay. For the non-intercooled version, the TB sticks out too far from the intake manifold for the aluminum elbow between the TB and Vortech to fit.
