Baby seat brackets, head rests, seat belt assemblies, do they have any side curtain air bags in the back seats yet? Idunno.

And what is different in the back seats between the 2005-2009 and the 2011-2013? I know the new ones have a three head rests (right in the way of the rear view mirror, making them less safe to drive). Would this fit the older cars like mine?

No side air bags in the rear and after removing all said equipment I find it hard to believe that totals 45 lbs.

Yes it will fit but it gets tight (actually rubs) on the center console. A little trimming and your home free!
