Hey all, I was installing a steeda shifter a week ago and during the process of pulling the center console pulled the leads out of the cig. connector, they touch and popped a fuse I assume reason being.....the passenger side window now does not auto up when the door closes.

I tried pulling each fuse to check in the kick panel, but honestly im 6'4 and I got stiff before I found a blown fuse.

My question is, does anyone have a picture/diagram of the fuse panel that may help? I searched here/google with no luck for my year. (2007 gtcs)

hoping someone can point me in the right direction. (side note) why does ford make some areas so damn small and hard to get to?? I have a mitsubishi also and I swear to god that car is so much more accessible in almost every aspect, also the fuses cant just be a normal size. /rant.

thanks in advance.

Did you try looking in the manual to see what fuse corresponds with certain things? I don't have my mustang here in Charlotte NC so I can't look myself but my 2008 F250 has it in the manual.

Is you window working at all? If it is you my need to retrain that window, push the button down until window comes down and hold the button down for about 5 seconds and raise it up and hold the button again.

Thanks man, that was the problem. for future instances, how many other power features have a factory reset like that?

I'm used to resetting dash lights and such using those methods, I'm still not used to having a car with luxury features. (came from a long line of mitsubishis)
