Can anyone help me out? I got my new stang a few months ago and love it. It came with sportline springs and forged aluminum 20s and has just a killer look to it. Rear fender sits right on the rubber. For some reason recently I dont enjoy driving it as much as my old mustang which was bone stock. I'm chalking up too the ride quality. I know that I have next to no suspension travel and no give in the tires.

I remember a while back somebody stating that properly matched shocks and struts can turn a harsh ride into a firm one. I also wouldn't mind a little boost in the handleing department either. Anybody have any recomendations?

I plan on eventually getting the Griggs GR40SS system but for now I just need a reletively inexpensive solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Also does anybody know any lightweight sound deadening material? Bedliner or something? I'm getting more NVH from the trunk than I would like with it being gutted but I don't want to ad any more weight if I can avoid it.

How much drop do the sportlines give?

I would imagine the tires have a lot to do with it too. 20s just don't work very well in the real world with potholes and bumps and such, you are basically riding on the rim.

I've had the D-Specs and now run the Yellows and would never go back to the D-specs as they give a much more "harsher" ride.

Why must you tempt me? If I could go back now and I would, without hestitation, get the yellows.

I resisted for 2 1/2 years and then when they went on sale last summer gave in bought a set from Sam. :)

As you know the prices in Canada are "different" but even once they were here the price was still good, espcially as the sale price was low enough to allow Sam to ship them US Parcel Post!

Not sure how the warranty would work out but I don't expect to ever have to worry about that.
