Had it on my car for about 7 months. I don't have a plenum cover but the description says due to plenum cover production variances there may be very slight contact with the plenum and an adjustment would be needed ( a washer or two between the tower and brace). I bought it from Stillen for $159.88 and will sell for $80 plus shipping.
