its way to easy to lose track of time in this game. Was playing the other night and before I knew it was 330 in the morning

I knew it was time to quit when I lost focus on the story line and stole a 747 just to crash it into the "golden gate" bridge.

I have tried so many times to steal a fighter jet from the military base... I have used full armored cars to get in, the most expensive vest I can buy to make it out of the car and into the jet, then less than 10 seconds in the air and I get missles shot up my ass.
Haha now I'm going to go steal one (a 747) tonight. I stole a jet from the military base, but got shot down almost immediately. I keep trying to steal the cargo airplane, but never live long enough to get it going.

The 747 is fucking sick. I love it, but it is really temperamental.
You gotta slowly ascend and modulate the throttle. If you just try to rush to gain altitude the engines will stall and you'll drop like a rock. Took me a couple times. I also recommend trying to steal one closer to the water, the cops will have trouble finding you at first and those are easier to taxi to the runway.
I really want to steal a military cargo plane AKA "Titan" but yeah its like a death trap getting near the military base.

I finally was able to steal the jet and get it stored at the hangar. Going to try for the 747 after work.

Yeah I got the f-16 sitting in trevor's hangar. Easiest way that I got the F-16 was take another plane from somewhere else and parachute out of it. Then land in the hangar with the F-16.
That's not a bad idea. The skydiving in this game is terrible though haha

The differences are 1) you can move forwards, backwards, side to side you name it in real skydiving. Not straight down
And
2) a parachute does not open that fast haha. I mean that's obvious.
If they would've made it to where your first parachute wouldn't open every time and you had to cut it and pull the reserve parachute. That would've been awesome haha.

It's definitely worth it. Definitely lived up the budget they were given to create the game
