H-pipe hangers??

Well I put an off road h-pipe on my car today and there are no hangers on my car for it..????? Is this normal, or did some meatball take them off for some reason??

yea thats normal, ford did away with them late in 08.

they did away with the hangers because they were only used during production to hold the h pipe assembly into place. they also caused many many problems with noise and vibration.

wouldnt it cause more stress on the headers not having them?
