How to: Raptor shift light install

@rojizostang,

I know you went a different direction with the shift light, but did you consider tapping directly into the PCM on the "RPM" signal that comes out of the PCM? It's a clean signal that works with everything connected to it, even at low RPMs

there's not a problem with the rpm signal. there's a problem with the shift light interfering with the speedometer signal between the pcm and the cluster. disconnecting the launch light feature on the dual mode shift light (what i have) eliminated that problem.

other than the launch light mode being disable, it works fine.

Here's where I intalled my shift light, it's very easy to see and easy to get to when you want to adjust it.
