How well do these cars hang with the LSX powered vehicles?

You're obviously just butthurt. 427 Cammer, yeah no shit, but that really wasn't a mass production motor like the 5.0. It's also got over 100+ CI on it. And I'm sure the cars that ran that motor weighed a lot less than what an average street driven 5.0 does.

So yes there has been Ford motors that have run 10s in NA form but let's talk mass production, street driven, relative displacement engines...

So? The point I pose is valid. Stop being blinded just because you still own a 3V. Nothing wrong with admitting how badass the 5.0 is.

Anyways, LSx is nothing to be scared of for us 5.0 guys, unless its in a Corvette lol.

Ryan, I'm not denying anything. I told you, I honestly don't give a shit. I'm just stirring the pot. If I really wanted a 5oh, I could go buy one right now. My car is paid for so a trade in wouldn't be a big deal. I like talking shit because it invokes responses like this. :thumb2:

What about the 427 or 429 or the 428 SCJ that dominated in drag racing or even the flathead V8

I guess they all have their own achievements and place in Ford history, the 5.0 is a great motor and possibly one of the better OHC motors Ford has put out in recent memory.

Bullshit!!!!
Cracked cylinders and melted 8's
not as great as it's been stroked to be.
Was thinking about one to build in the future, but might aswell wait till "the next big thing" shows up.
3v blocks can hold the power why not the 5.oooooh?

having owned a 2010 SS camaro and two 5.0 mustangs i can honestly say the camaro has nothing performance wise on the mustang. my Camaro was a 6 speed manual and my first mustang 5.0 was an A6 and the new one an M6
