I'm finding a few options for the Vortech V3 or Paxton Novi 1200 as a tuner kit or a used kit. I'd have to buy a Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump and injectors. Many recommend 39# injectors but they appear to be discontinued? Would 47# injectors work? Specifically the stock injectors used on the 07-09 GT500? I'm only looking for 450-500 rwhp. I already have a DisbloSport Predator tuner.

Thoughts? Anything else?

How long until you would need these as I am going to have a BAP and 39# injectors coming out of my car. Not sure how soon it will be going into the shop though, I have 4-6 weeks before my Shortblock comes in but I may be able to start parting it out a bit early.

I'm in no rush. Send me a PM regarding what you're thinking for cost. Thanks

There were plenty of new/packaged 03-04 cobra blue tops that I was able to find before. I think an affordable 39lb and bap is a good priced option for your goal of 450, but i dont think 500 can be hit with the base vortech/paxton non ic.
What other supporting mods do you have to get to that 450-500rwhp?
On a pulley smaller paxton/93/ o/r exhaust, 39lb,bap i was able to just barely see 455rwhp on a conservative tune.

I'm relying on CMDPs, Kooks, cams (TBD) and a good tune.

I'll be using GT500 47# but going to need spacers to use it with stock GT fuel rails.

Ok, I found some 47lb injectors that fit without spacers (M-9593-LU47). I think that'll do the trick for now with my stock fuel rails.

Someone also recommended upgrading the fuel pump with a Walbro 40LPH drop-in pump. Is that better than a BaP? If I increase boost down the road, would I need to have a BaP anyway?

My builder recommended the GT500 pumps for my car. Says I will have lots of room for growth down the road and will easily cover the 5-600hp I am hoping for out of this build. That is what I am going with instead of the BAP which would still work but limits my future goals.

I ran 39s with a BAP up to 492rwhp on my original Novi 2200 setup. If you ever plan to made additional upgrades I would go ahead with the GT500 pumps so you dont have to worry about it again. Same you money in the end.

I talked to JeremyH about his Walbro 405lph DIY Kit. Only $199 for that upgrade. Not bad!

The FRPP 47-lb injectors are only $260

I went with the boost a pump over another fuel pump that I have sitting here in a box just for the simplicity of an install over adding the fuel pump. If you are looking at 450-500 max, you can make it there with the bap. Thats just me though.
