installed a bunch of parts including a DS...weird noise on decel...HELP!!!!!

Flipped quickly through this thread...Have you checked pinion angle? I noted hat you don't have an adjustable UCA or reinforced mount, they would be highly recommended.

Pinion angle changes with acceleration / deceleration and is not optimized, this puts the pinion bearings at an awkward angle.
