Well some of you are lucky enough to have a two-tone interior that looks very nice, my interior is ALL black and it needs a little contrast color. heres a picture of what it looks like now

I considered the roush-grant steering wheel but at $400 it just seems so overpriced. I've looked into arm rest replacements but I can only find black. Also considered a trim to follow my door panel but they only make the car color, and I feel like I need to bring out more of the orange stripes than the white. Input needed PLEASE!!

Do your seats have contrast stitching already? It looks colored but I can't tell for sure. The door panel insert is a good place to start. I highly recommend that you don't start painting interior pieces like many people tend to do. If you need someone to do up your arm rest, I have a fantastic interior guy that I use for all of my interiors, PM me and I can get you some info. Here's a shot of what he did with my armrest in my Super Duty:

You should be able to find a welt kit or some vinyl in orange to trim the door panel. If the places online don't have the right color, maybe a fabric store? I think that adds some nice color without going overboard. You can also add it to the gap in the dash or maybe the headliner if you still want more color.

The biggest thing to me was changing out the hideous green LED's in the car.

Shit looks lame. Keep the all black... you'll thank me.

The welting or the color stitching/suede?

I think welting looks cheap and tends to warp. I just didn't really get the whole "cram vinyl in the orifices of the car's interior" approach. No disrespect to those that like it or anything, just not my taste.

I love the seats...although I am still in process of trying to get them all installed (got the back and the passenger done, still working on driver..LOL) I would leave it all black man...I have the 2 tone dove interior on mine, and I think it looks cheap as all hell...

Unless you want the chrome dash kit or a gt500 dash....but imho I think your interior looks KILLER compared to mine.

My interior was already tan with black inserts on the doors when I bought the car.....I just added the Black leather seats and put Tan inserts in the seats.....to change it up and add more black into the car......I think I am going to do my headliner and carpet in black as well to darken it up a bit....here is a pic of my interior as it sits now....

The car that GT posted is a bit overdone. Done well, but overdone for sure.

Here's what I did in my Mustang's interior. It's perhaps a bit more subtle, but as always, a matter of personal opinion:

Wow the area around your cup holders shifter and e brake is definitely uncommon. I think adding a dash with leather and orange stitching as well as an arm rest with the same, would make a huge difference. and then maybe continuing my C/F over the airbag

Thanks for the kind comments.

Tib02, yeah, we pulled the dash out of the car and smoothed/painted the lower half and suede-wrapped the top pad.

Isthatguy, we used leather on the inserts both front and rear. Which speaker part are you talking about? The rear deck behind the rear seats?

Kris, Interior looks GREAT! What 3 gauge cluster is that on the dash?

Thanks man! That's the CDC cluster, though we cut and formed it to fit flush into the valley on the dash. Nice piece out of the box, but I wanted it to look fairly seamless.
