Is your S197 solid, or loose?

I feel small loose rattling something at low speeds, generally under 25 mph's.
It feels like loose exhaust, or a loose bolt(s), or loose shocks, something, but I can't find anything. I already replaced the strut mounts with the GT500 ones, so what else can I check?
Or is this normal for these cars???
I have 28,000 miles on it and its an 06 mustang GT btw.

I had something similar and this did it for me...

open the door and get up on the frame and rock the car up and down and see if you hear the sound.

in the event that it does the sound that's driving you crazy it's probable the sway bar (nothing wrong with it) you just need to get adjustable swaybar links the stock ones are for one possition only and the swaybar needs to be tight.
