Of course look at downtown Norfolk, with the UPSCALE and EXPENSIVE, McArthur Center. Really, no really, we couldn't put that in a better place then downtown ghetto ass Norfolk, might as well just moved that to replace Military Circle mall, it still would have been the same effect.
