hey everyone,
first time i have evr posted something on this AMAZING forum so i thought i would post something sweet.

this is the website to my bro's car...its a 2003 mustang GT which has a lightning engine. he did all of the work himself and it runs like a dream. I can thank him for my love of mustangs:clap:

That is unique to say the least. Would have been better if he could have gotten the hood cut exactly to fit the blower.

But very nice overall and welcome to the board.

That is unique to say the least. Would have been better if he could have gotten the hood cut exactly to fit the blower.

he just got a new hood which he is going to cut much better than that one. it was just a quick fix so he could drive that car and put ricers in their place

There was a guy in a past issue of MM&FF that put a lightning engine in a Crown Vic. If you can dig that up, that would be a great example of how to cut the hood.

I love original ideas. Not necessarily my taste, but it's still eye catching.

An old friend of mine dropped a lightning motor in his 98 vert. It had nothing but problems and was still slow. Sounds like your bro did it right.

theres a guy in houston with a L motor in his sn95, theres also another guy with a new edge with a navigator motor i believe

while it sounds cool and all...i guess i'm old. i think that blower sticking thru the hood looks like cagada.

maybe if it didn't have that intake hose attached it might be okay. it needs a different intake to lower that thing down or something.

That.. and the fact that it sure is a hell of a lot of work to get 450hp

Welcome to the site. Your brothers car is cool. I'd put a cowl induction hood on it if it were me but its still a sweet project.
