Loss pressure to slave

Well I driving around tonight and lost pressure to my slave. Fluid is leaking from under the car and I am 200 MI away from my tools. I know how to shift without slave but is it safe to drive? I am 99% the clutch line came loose at the slave. I want to do away with those stupid clips. I was looking at jpc upgrade kit doesn't appear to replace them. is there one that does? Also reading on here and got mixed answer about best way to get replacement clips. Do you have to buy the whole stock line or can you guy just the elbow at the slave? I am so pissed right now.

19COBRA93 is probably your best bet at knowing how to get the clips. I think that .020" safety wire wrapped around the groove would probably work.

Yea. I am wondering if I could mod it to accept a zip tie... bah wish my damn tool where here.
