How did you install the rears? I removed the front bumper to install the fronts. Bumper is really easy to remove. Can't figure out the rears though. Do they just pop out?

I'm having trouble ordering from your site, I'm trying to add both the front and rear 05-09 smoked lenses with bulbs to the cart, and I can't manage to get both items to stick in the cart for a single order...does everything need to be ordered separately?
