the only problem with buying in bulk is that once you open it it will start to absorb water and you will lose out on some of the benefits before you are able to use it all. 5 gallons would make 10 gallons of mix and the chances of him using 10 gallons are slim to none.

I hope this pic works..We tapped into the preexisting port that Vortech provides..Mounted the box on the passenger side strut tower and hid the pump next to the washer resevoir behind the bumper..All the wires were hidden as much as possible besides the meth line, which we ran along the radiator...

Your right, dont buy any Methanol for a meth/water injection kit because it will absorb water. It does come with a cap to keep it from flashing off and to keep out contamination.
