Mishimoto radiator install

I found a complete run down on the entire job somebody posted with pictures and everything. I've been searching for 40 minutes and getting frustrated. There are 2 little mounting plates with rubber pads that go on the sides somewhere and cache find then in the manual either...help!!!

Thanks, that's a great write up. I book marked it this time. And the little mounting plates go on the top of the ac condenser and bolt it to the rad.
