Want to archive a great car. Wife bought a 2013 GT Premium for me 6 years ago. 86,000 at purchase, 131,000 now. Water pump at 95,000. 5th gear synchro took a crap about then so dropped Getrag and rebuilt in my garage. Replaced perfectly good clutch at that time. 3.73 rear end, Brembo fronts, solid aluminum drive shaft somewhere around 110,000. Nitrous install at about 90,000. Up to 175 hp of juice on a cockpit switch. After market tuner to adjust spark, top speed, tire size etc. 275 rears but could use 295s at least. New rear rims of course to take larger tires. Moral of this story is that all of this has gone smoothly and this car will run with or outrun pretty much anything that crosses its path. It is gorgeous to look at, 25 mpg consistently and a pleasure to drive. I gave $17,000 for it 6 years ago and is perhaps the best car buy I have ever made. It's original advertised perf specs are dead on the 500 hp Dark Horse which weighs 400lbs more than. These 2013, 2014 Mustang GTs are great cars for the current prices. Mine has been just in incredible.

I don't know if there is much difference in my 2012 GT and your 2013. Love my car and really enjoy driving it. It now has 75,000 miles, 62,000 when I bought it three years ago. I'm 87 yrs old, so no racing for me, plus it's a convertible. This is my fourth and last Mustang as my wife has advanced dementia and we'll be moving into am assisted living facility as soon as they have a room for my wife in the memory care section. But I'll get to keep my Mustang for a while anyway and it will continue to be my stress reliver.
