if you put no time on your window when at the strip they dont light up the board with your E/T for every1 to see, but do you get a time slip with your E/T on it for your own knowledge???? thanks in advance

Go to the tower before racing to confirm. But yes, thats how it worked at LACR (before it closed) on street racer nights. No ETs shown on the board, but timeslips where given out.

Normally thats the deal.. some times they screw up.. but for the most part thats the way it works.. although I haven't seen that in a long time..

The whole no-time thing is gay. It's targeted towards catering to the 'hardcore street racer' crowd who doesn't want their times showing so they can try and rope the unsuspecting into some money races on the streets. Gay shit that ruins the sport in my eyes.

A lot of professional track racers run N/T in testing too. When you spend lots of time and money on R&D you don't want anyone at the track to know what the car is running. I do find a majority of the N/T guys are street racers though.

Out at Carlsbad raceway (gone now) there was a Saturday day that a bunch of LA street racers were out there and every other car had N/T on the back window.. the announcer just kept quiet..lol

What the fuck.. You got pics of Mansville.. the fastest cars I've ever seen in a street race were on that street.. it was school teacher vs the HRP camaro.

What track is that? I have never heard of a track charging more for an N/T tech card before, especially 5 times as much.

I actually had a guy come up to me at Atco and offer me $20 for my timeslip when I ran a local street racer with an N/T on his window. I lied and said I threw it away lol
