Need help identifying a part

I'm trying to locate the backing plate for the seat belt anchor. It's the plastic part that the triangle shaped cover snaps on to. Mine broke and I have a new triangle part, but plate has the catches sticking out of it in 3 corners. Can anyone with a ford parts google-fu better than mine figure out what this part is?

Any u-pull-it salvage yards in your area...best place(s) to get these @ cheapest $$$.

According to this, it's #4 but it's part of part 611B08. I don't think you'll be able to get just the D ring part on its own from a store.
Best try a junkyard.
