Need Help please weird sound/dont know whats causing the problem?

thanks, I ended up selling it to a performance shop and bought the cobra from an old guy down the block from me its a 1 owner car mystichrome coupe with a whipple 54kmiles on it got it for 16,700 the guy sold it cause he bought a 2014 GT500, as for the bolts on the cowl they were to my battery tie downs

Wow, thats a really good price on a Cobra...the ones local to me, in dealer lots are priced no less than $20K.
