Need help with head casting #'s

Looking at ebay and this seller has this pair on sale:

I cant find those part #'s anywhere (RF3L3E-6090-KE & RF3L3E-6C064-KE)

also he has sold 2 more pairs of heads wrting the same description lol, seems suspicious ...

opinions? go or forget them ?

looks like there 5.4 triton heads. part number matches 04-05 f150
