Does it come with a knob?

No knob I already had a pistol grip I was gonna put on it but I just left it on my stock shifter and left her the way she sat

I keep forgetting this but the 12MM is for the stock shift knob or the knobs like Hurst?

This is for the coarse pitch. The stock is the fine pitch 12 x 1.25
