Took the 500 to the local 1/8th mile track today. Previous best was a 7.19 @ 105 (1.62 60ft.).... I haven't had the car at the strip for a little over 5 months, and this was the first time with new clutch, LTs, and new tune. Took a couple of passes to get back in the swing of things, but finally on the 3rd pass it started to become familiar again. This was the best run of the day (7.09 @ 107.44 w/1.71 60ft)... I was lazy when prepping the car this morning, so I left the 20" street wheels on the front and didn't remove the sway bar to get any additional weight transfer, just bolted up the 275/60 M&Hs and hit the road. So it didn't hook that great in first gear, or if I would powershift on the 1-2 change, BUT it went a tenth faster ET with a tenth slower 60ft, and gained almost 3mph. Time to buy some slicks!!

107+ mph in the 1/8th is good for 6.5xs if you can get the 60 foot in the high 1.4x area. Car is making power, just need to get it to the ground now.
