If you want to discuss part of the info in either thread - please post a thread to discuss your questions. This will allow others to discuss it and keep the two sticky threads clutter free.

Great stuff by the way. Dave knows what he's talking about and communicates it well. Is there a book in his future? Another resource I really like is "Going Faster" by Danny Sullivan. It's a great book used in Skip Barber's school and available online at Amazon, etc.

Resources like these help you sort out what you should be doing as compared to the "try what works best for you" advise I often hear some instructors give at DE events. Starting out you should not be doing what's comfortable but rather what is technically correct. After you've developed some skill and can asses what's happening then you develop your own style.
