I did search I just want to make SURE before I spend $$. I have a stock 07 Mustang GT 17inch rims. I like these 2024 18" rims off market place, they are 8.5 rims and have 18x8.5 (stock) - 235/50/18 tires. From what I have gathered from this site: my SN197 Lug Nuts should fit and the offset should be fine as well?? Thanks in advance.

Yes they will be fine. All S197 wheels are interchangeable between model years other than the cars that have Brembo brakes requiring the right size / style to clear the calipers.

The TPMS sensors are different though.

These are S550 wheels, not S197.
That said, they will fit fine. Offset is slightly less than OE S197 spec but not nearly enough to cause tire poke.
OP, I believe those are 18X8, not 18X8.5. Not a big deal unless you wanted to put wider tires on eventually.

...And now for a correction on myself... it turns out there may actually be an interference issue between the S197 wheel bearing dust cap and the center cap on these particular S550 wheels.
So, I guess test fit one on the front of your car before buying.
