simple answer is yes 116 did that and killed my o2s mixed with 93 only after one time tank was empty and mixed 2 gallons of 116 and 2 gallons of 93 and that was all they wrote code showed up a week later. leaded fuel kills o2s stick with unleaded 104

I occasionally get that running 93 and 104 unleaded.

During normal cruising it will make the car rich, when the O2's fail the PCM automatically goes to a default rich map since it cant read the sensors, better to run rich than lean.
Buy some new O2's and if you want, keep the old ones and throw them in before you put race gas in and go to the track that way you dont kill your new O2's

I asked because leaded gas damages sensors shortening their life a lot but is not like one single tank and they are history.

Ok, for some reason I thought about a single leaded fuel use, maybe your sensors are toast then. (only replace with ford bought ones that are NTK)

Different code, same sensor (upstream passenger) I would check the wiring just in case but maybe the sensor is toast.

Swap the front sensors and see is the codes translates into driver's (174, 153 for example)
