P0443 P0456 and O2 heater, all banks.

I need your help guys. I searched and couldn't find a definitive answer for all my codes I've got, I have 2 evap codes and all 4 o2 heater circuit codes.

P0443
P0456

And o2s
P0135
P0141
P0155
P0161

Any help as to what is causing all this would be greatly appreciated.

It appears all these issues were a result of my driver side phaser having sheared its 3 center pins, I've since replaced the bad phaser and NONE of these trouble codes have come back for 2 weeks now.
