Phone down?

I tried calling the 800-598-1484 number and am getting a temporarily out of service message. Anyone else able to get through?

I've spammed Steve's PM box and the parts email address with my questions regarding the M-3200-EPAS rack. Hoping Steve is monitoring today.

FYI for anyone looking here & trying to call, they have a new system in and it's really picky. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I'd try PMing Steve & having him call you right now.

Yeah, phone system upgrade last weekend didn't go real well. (Massive fail actually)

They're working on it, I am getting calls transferred through but the phones aren't getting routed correctly all the time. Should be fixed soon, I hope.
