If the Kia's have so much more development in their race teams yet the Boss Mustangs aren't even allowed to run in nearly stock configurations to the point that the restrictions/penalties cause catostrophic failures for the Mustangs, that tells me that the Kia's (and any other car/team that can't "hang") should simply run in a different (slower) class.

Makes too much sense. I kind of assumed they were here--they do in the Continental series. They certainly aren't direct competitors to the Mustang.
