Just bought a Cervini's B2 chin spoiler from a friend (for a steal I might add!) But there were no instructions/mounting hardware :(

Does anyone have suggestions for:
1. What to use for prep and paint the urethane with? (thinking about going with flat black...Someone suggested getting it Rhino lined for toughness???)
2. Mounting hardware/instructions?

I hope this is in the right section! thanks :D
