Alright guys, just the other day, we were graced with a surprise visit from the CEO of Procharger, Ken Jones. We were introduced in person to their brand new i-1 supercharger system for the 2011-2014 Mustang GT, and the Chevy Camaro's.



Hands down, this system is ridiculous. Procharger has put 4 YEARS of R&D into this system, and the fit, finish, and performance show it. The worlds first programmable supercharger in a centrifugal system needs to be seen to be believed. The in cabin programmer lets you adjust boost and other settings on the fly. No need to stop, turn off the car, and flash a new tune that could take several minutes. You can be in touring mode (which has shown increases of 2-3 MPG) one second, and when an unsuspecting challenger appears, you can immediately turn on competition mode. You literally hear the supercharger adjust itself, and get ready to romp.

Everyone knows me as one of the biggest Pro-charger cheerleaders. I have gone though 3 engines and 2 cars yet the same old procharger still keeps kickin.

Im a little confused as to why make a setup for a variable boost unit and switching module. I already have a variable boost switch in my 05. The gas peddle.

Is this just ment for more control. Also does this added module your talking about that adjusts tuning with out loading a tune.. does that mean this can maybe somehow by pass fords eyes. Like the itune was suppose to do =-(

Its so you don't have to add a boost controller and waste gate...

Lost, this unit automatically makes the necessary changes so you can run the varying settings and change the boost while you are driving. There are 3 different settings from grocery getting to racing. Pretty cool actually, my neighbor has one for his SEMA car. It is a big sumbitch though... I think he said it was 85lbs added to front.

Thanks for the info.. I also added 85lbs extra to my seat =-/.. I can understand the wastgate action but settings? I would have mine on whoop ass mode all the time. haha Anyways, its new and would like to see how it stacks up to the rest. see if you can get more pics or vids of your friends system.. :beerdrink:
