After a long time considering the options, I pulled the trigger on the old design. I do not need all the adjustments of the new system. They are putting the kit together this week and I should have it soon.
Looking forward to driving the car without worries of having my back suffer from running over a pebble.

Thanks. Have some planning to do. I don't know the dimensions of the tank so I can't get to designing the layout.

Going in my vert, so I need to plan accordingly.

I got the sausage tank. If it doesn't work, I will have to go a different tank setup.

I am looking forward to it, I will be able to drive longer without back trouble.

Congrats you are going to love the flexibility, I also have a vert here is my trunk setup, the compressor is behind the tank and at the foot of the tank you can see were the valve is installed. I bought a another compressor so I will re-locating the compressor to the opposite side so both compressors will be next to each other.

Thanks for the pic. I have my meth tank on that side so looks like it is going to the other side.

Anyway you can get me the dimensions of the tank.
Thanks.

Should be able to go to the airlift site and find the tank dimensions.

Yep, the non adjustable struts. The new design has 30 adjustments on the struts, basically a coil over bagged strut.

The kit I got does not have any on strut/shock adjustments.

I checked there site, couldn't find any dimensions. Will keep looking.

20" long
11" tall
10" wide
Hard to get exact due to it being round.
Hope this helps

Out of all their vehicles at their shop, my favorite was an old chevy pickup that was bone stock and dropped. Loved that thing!

I met and talked to Jeremy at Carlisle this year. Great person and wasn't pushing the new system cause he knew my use and requirements.

The only thing I see is that the 5gal sausage tank is gonna suck in the trunk of my vert. I might have to go with a smaller 3gal or maybe 2 2.5gal with a crossover for fill.

Figuring out the psi per bag versus the recovery rate of the compressor. There shouldn't be more than 40% duty cycle when startup and fill. So two smaller tanks would be more efficient.

please correct me if I am way off.

Will post up install pics, the kit was supposed to ship yesterday but didn't yet.

Thanks Kimmer.

Jeremy has pictures of his mom's s197 vert on air and users two 2.5 gallons with the crossover.
Once the initial fill to max all others from raising from dumped is much shorter.
