Rear bumper loose-2008 Conv

Anyone have any ideas on how to better secure the rear bumper. Mine seems to be loose and when I looked under the car to see how it was secured, there are plastic clips that cant be adjusted.
Just wondering if someone has had a similar experience or would have an idea how to better secure the plastic L shape bracket to the metal.

I took some pictures for you of my car today. It shows you how the tabs are secured. When you install the bumper, make sure the tabs are up. Hope this help you.

Rear bumper loose

thanks. I see how the plastic clip inserts, but I was wondering if there is a better way to secure it. the stock plastic clip leaves the bumper feeling kind of loose.
