Replace outside side mirror glass on 2010

The outside mirror glass is somewhat scratched and very noticeable. Has anyone replaced the mirror glass ? I've found one company that supplies the glass that has adhesive strips that goes on top of the existing glass.

Many times. replace the whole glass
