Hey can anyone tell me will the 2013/2014 hood fit the 05-09 S197 ?

..i don´t think so... the 13/14 Mustang Models have the "Fixed Radiator Grille "... 05-09. 1st Style Hood... 10-12 2nd Style Hood...13-14 3rd style Hood AFAIK ..not interchangeable..

I would wager it probably bolts up but the leading edge is totally different as mentioned above.
