Congrats Silver...........you gonna do the install or let some ford dealership screw it up? I cant believe the stories of so called pros fucking up a simple install like this.

You will love the new power.......so much better than any bolt on mod.

I know I can speak for myself since I installed my M90 and the upgrade kit, the install was fucking stupidly simple!! ABSOLUTELY nothing that a shop can do that you can't, and how a shop is asking $750-$1000 is crazy!!! WHYASK pull the trigger you will not be disappointed!!!

the upgrade kit was 2.57 pulley and idler, 90mm FRPP/Steeda intake, and new tune. I got my upgrade kit from VMP Tuning. The blowout price for the M90's are only for the chrome blower, not the black.

Whyask, if you have some skills with tools you can do this install. Read through the directions at the roush site. Its just a lot of steps, but non are "oh shit" hard. Electrical part easy, don't be intimidated. Go for it. Your car will rock with this setup and be safe.

true, but for a grin's sake lets compare a normal install to an 808 install;

808, oh look, another perfect day. Warm, 78 degrees, sunny, a light breeze, I think I'll pop the hood and install my s/c.

Mainland, holy FUCK it's cold, let's put this sumbitch in the garage and get this s/c on.

808, oh look, another bikini babe walking by, it's almost boring at times. Hand me that mai-tai will ya ? I'm a little thirsty.

Mainland, you call this POS lean-to a garage ? I can see right through the walls, get that space heater cranked up will ya ? My butt cheeks got frost bite from laying on the floor.

808, OK, that's a good hours worth of work on the s/c, lets go check the beaches, see if the surf's up.

Mainland, DUDE !! Get some hot water to pour on my fingers, I accidently touched the frame and I'm froze to it.

etc, etc, etc.

I'm so jealous.. This kit for 2010 GT is $5k.
Otherwise I would have pulled the trigger already..
I wonder what makes that much of difference in price when it has same damn engine...

Long time lurker here guys! After a lot of research I pulled the trigger also, thanks for the tip! It was the best price I could find. I was looking for the 05-06 kit so I called them up and got a great deal! this seller was Very knowledgeable and friendly, shipping to Canada was no problem! I wanted a "Safe" Power adder and I think this may just be the best bet. The kit gets great reviews and the install can easily be done if you have the tools and can follow instructions.
Looking forward to a few install tips and pictures!

Cheers

haha, under 70, haha. My son was stationed in Honolulu. He lived on Ford island. What an awesome place to visit, so much history. My wife and I have to be at a trade show next November on Maui, my favorite island.
