running with open headers

Just put on long tube headers and the off road X pipe need some mods to it to fit. I need to get the car to a shop 5 miles from my house. I have a tune from Bama for the off road pipe (so no cats) can I drive it with open headers without doing any damage?

You will ne fine. I drove mine with open headers for like 20 miles to get my exhaust done. It didnt want to idle very well but we had just installed cams as well. Sounded pretty cool though!

Oh man your neighborhood is gonna be pissed at you! Lol. I had to drive mine a couple of miles to the exhaust shop too. God it sounded awful. I babied the throttle all the way.
