S550 seats in a s197???

Just wondering if anyone has swapped the seats from 15+ into a 2010-2014 without having to cut into their old seats

There is a thread in the DIY section.
You need to make an adapter for the front bolts, pretty easy to make with angle iron.
As for power and occupancy sensor, someone else will probably be able to help.
