Maybe, I'm going to see what can be done. Also, I've been breaking threads on my (sometimes I over tighten things) so a spare is a good idea. Mostly I was to check it out and see about maybe porting it.

Why where you taking the top off?

I was taking the throttle body off when replacing belts and replacing the timing cover. About 8 times.

And that requires the top of the blower be off?

Nope, but now I have an extra cover to put on if I have to take the original off to re-thread the holes for the throttle body.
