L&M is $1498 [with less than a .500 lift, for just the sticks, 7 day turn around. if more lift than add $100 for better cores. Mikes cams are usually .500+ lift for max performance
You must know the max lift allowed by spring and be responsible for that info. Call him to spec it out. IMO his will make best power.

What part numbers intake & exhaust retainer?
Mike says not good for .600 in the 5.4 head unless specific retainer is used. That's a 2v spring.
He has the correct basic setup, which we modify slightly.
I have found a variation of GT500 spring install heights which effect max lift so without having exact detail he could run a max cam of .550-.560 lift on the exhaust and .575 lift on intake, although I would be more comfortable having his exact dimensions or I may even reduce max lift slightly from that stated in the former.
Note – when guys degree the Modular cams one will find a difference on the cams advertised lift and the measured lift the difference due to the geometry, ie. rocker, valve tip height and base circle.

Jason - if you really want a max performance cam - get a custom cam from L&M.
this car was local to me - L&M did a short block and cam for the guy - he gained 100 whp on around 3# less boost with the L&M cam set up.
not to mention the crazy sound of the cam
Best bet is to call him direct and go over your goals.
