That is the Roush Stage 3 bumper. If you did buy it i would complete the kit before anything else. But yeah 15K is the blue book value of a car like mine that has perfect paint, great interior and less than 35K miles. Tops i would not pay more than 9K because he is going to stick you with paying that 8K for the trans somehow.

Don't walk, run away from the car. BTW all dealers are nice until you drive it off the lot.

Check the classifieds here first I'm sure you find a nice ride with some mods.
