spoiler delete.(sorrry)

Hey guys,

I am in the process of deleting the spoiler right now and I have taken the four bolts off the trunk. The spoiler is still sticking to the trunk though. It is some kind of tape I believe. How do I start peeling off the spoiler? I saw one guy tried pulling it off and ended up putting a dent of some kind and I dont want to do that. Any help is always appreciated.

Que cute you alll want a video from me. Will get a video for you all I am not filling in the holes though I am using something else. I have though about using jb weld just a theory though.

Man this goo stuff is so hard to get off the trunk. I guess I am going to have to go get goo gone or whatever. Hopefully that works any other solutions?

Get a hair dryer or some sort of heat. Pop the trunk and heat up the back side. Then use your fishing string or dental floss to cut through it. That is what I did when I pulled mine off.

I should of clarified that I have already taken the wing off the guitar string work perfectly. It is the remains of the goo on the trunk lid that wont come off. I think I am just going to get goo gone.

Yup. When I pulled mine off all the sticky stuff came off as well. Heat will be your friend.

Did mine on a hott summer day, came off with fishing line n then used auto goo gone to get some of the tape off. Post photos when done.

I still haveyet to get the holes filled, I just used pushpins and rtv sealant.

I finally got off all the goo crap!! About time!! I will defintly post picsI am using plugs to plug in the hole and also using adhesive silicone to make it water tight.
