I have sr lowering springs, when i got the car it came with them, ive been looking at the back of the car and i noticed one side is higher than the other? What can cause that?

One spring could just be weaker than the other. Rear springs aren't too hard to remove. You could swap them side to side to verify.

Springs not clocked correctly will cause a noticeable difference.

The panhard bar being off shouldn't affect the height too much but it would push the wheels sideways to one side or the other, I would think.
