When I replace my valve covers (FRPP blue covers) do I need to replace the gaskets too?

I bought a set just in case, even though they are re-usable. It's a pretty slim chance you damaging those gaskets.

I did a cam swap and my gaskets got dirty from sitting out for the time it took to swap cams. Wish I had bought new ones just out of laziness of cleaning them.

Once or twice is fine. I reused a set for a third time and they were stretched to the point of not sealing. Lucky me, I got to take the covers off and do it again.

I just cleaned mine and reused, saves a couple bucks if your set doesn't come with new ones, mine never have...
